At BJS Livestock Photography we are passionate about producing videos and photos of livestock which present the animals to their full potential. We have grown up in the cattle industry, and have spent time in North America increasing knowledge of both photography and livestock industries. By using this experience, an eye for livestock and photography/videography skills, we are able to produce high quality, professional photos and videos.
Photos of livestock can make or break a sale on an animal. We say that unless a photo makes the animal look as good or better than itself, than you are better off without one. We guarantee the photos we take present the animal to its upmost potential.
At BJS we can produce photos for advertising, sale catalogues and we also do show photography.
Videos of livestock are a very useful tool for producers. A video gives you a better understanding of an animal, such as structural characteristics, ability to move, size and balance. Most producers when purchasing livestock want to see the animals before buying, and videos can make this possible without the need to travel.
The videos we produce for advertising purposes include, on request, valuable information which we think is important when sourcing genetics. Information such as lot number, name, ID number, sire, dam, EBV's and the breeders details (website, email, Facebook). We can also include photos of the animal, along with the sire and dam, and possibly siblings or relatives of the animal.
Video sales and online sales are becoming more popular and will only continue to grow. Whether you need videos of each animal to hold a video sale at your venue, or if you need videos of your animals for sales being interfaced online (i.e. AuctionsPlus), BJS Livestock Photography can produce the videos and supply them in which ever format is required. For those of you who hold video sales, we have three large TV's to display the videos, along with all the equipment required to operate your video sale.
BJS Livestock Photography also utilises drone technology. Drone footage is an appealing and modern factor for livestock videos. A great way to view groups of livestock and can also be used to capture images of a breeders property and country side.
